CURRENT SERIES
Midweek Gathering is currently a contemplative prayer service led by a group of members from our congregation. Each night consists of the practices of Centering Prayer and Lectio Divina.
Teaching
Wednesday nights are marked by teaching. Our teaching is based in the scriptures, and is lead by our pastoral staff, as well as through video material for the current series.
Fellowship
Fellowship is an important part of our Wednesday night gatherings as we believe that we are people created to be in community. We practice fellowship through small group discussions.
Prayer
All things in our church are led by prayer, Wednesday nights are no exception to this practice. Our leadership bathes each week in prayer, and each service begins with a prayer exercise.
0 YRS - PRE K
We have childcare available for your little ones on Wednesday nights in our nursery. All of our volunteers are background checked and mandated reporters.
6:30-8 PM in the nursery
PRE K - 3RD GRADE
Horizon Kids Wednesday Nights is a midweek program for kids! On Wednesday Nights, your kids will participate in worship, age-appropriate activities that reinforce the lesson, and a time of teaching.
6:30-8 PM in the children's building
4TH - 8TH GRADE
Horizon 4th-8th Grade Youth Group is on Wednesday nights and is a time for these students to engage in fellowship, worship, teaching, and fun games!
6:30-8 PM in the youth room
9TH - 12TH GRADE
High school students are encouraged to serve as leaders with one of the younger groups of kids, where they'll have the opportunity to grow in their faith through faithful service.
